Wairewa Research Project - Management options

This work is looking at different management options for the Wairewa area. It stems from an original research proposal based around the idea of a "Mahinga Kai Cultural Park" and has now moved on to finding resource management alternatives that allow tangata whenua values and production agriculture to come together in areas with multiple land ownership.

The work is being lead by Tim Davie at Manaaki Whenua (Landcare Research) at Lincoln.
